I got the chance to attend an enCourage Co. Lettering Workshop this past spring and it was such a wonderful experience. Liz is a natural teacher + creative. She walks you through the process and guides you each step. She is very encouraging in her words and answers every question with such great thought. Our family has interacted with enCourage Co. on multiple occasions. First, I attended an intro to lettering workshop. Having known Liz personally before the conception of enCourage Co., I knew she would be a warm & wonderful person to learn from, but her workshop absolutely exceeded all expectations. Not only is Liz an incredible lettering artist, but she’s also an amazing teacher. I went from knowing nothing about lettering personally to being able to “pass” when addressing our family’s mail throughout the year - my main goal! I’ve gotten so many compliments on my hand-addressed items and I have enCourage co. to thank! Our family’s second interaction with Liz took place as a secret to me! My husband worked with Liz to design a custom plaque for my daughter’s room that he wrapped and gifted me for her first Christmas. The lettering is beyond beautiful and it captures the essence of our daughter’s name. We couldn’t be happier. Any chance I get, I purchase cards & stationary from enCourage co. Knowing I’m supporting small business makes the “extra” cost worth it!

enCourage Co. is one of my favorite small businesses. Liz hand lettered and framed a custom print given to staff and guests at our company's annual event. Everyone loved it and I've received photos from recipients who hung it in their home or office. She's also done an extraordinary job for those I have referred to her such as the non-profit, Love 146. They were thrilled with her hand lettered print that was sent to many of their donors. And I've personally ordered her notecards such as "Congratulations on Your Tiny Human," which I love sending rather than the mass-produced cards sold in big box retailers. Her creations are unique, intentional, and worthwhile. Plus, she's a remarkably talented human being with impeccable character and integrity. If all business owners were as authentic and caring as she is, the world would be a far better place.
